When can I expect my order? Answer: As soon as your check clears, your order will be shipped Priority Mail the next business day.

What is your return policy? Answer: Returns on all saleable items will be accepted with no question asked up to 30 days after the shipping date for full refund. If you are unhappy with a product for any reason at any time after product purchase, please let us know and we may replace the product.

Do you offer free samples? Answer: In the interests of keeping our prices low we do not offer free samples. We feel that our easy return policy give new customers a chance to try our products with little risk.

Do you donate any of your profits? Answer: Yes, Naked Lady is dedicated to providing a range of products that enhance the health and well-being of our customers, community and the planet. We actively support and yes donate to charitable causes around the world.

Why don’t you offer a lotion on your line? Answer: Lotions and creams contain up to 80% water and cannot be made without potentially harmful chemical ingredients. Whenever water and oil is mixed together, chemical preservatives and emulsifiers must be used to kill potentially harmful bacteria and prevent product separation.

Can I use your soap on my face? Answer: Of course you can! We wouldn’t recommend anything else. All of our soaps are face and body bars and contain excellent skin conditioning ingredients which are very mild and wonderful for your skin.

How long does a bar of soap last? Answer: Our soaps are not the “melt and pour” varieties which quickly disappear. We make all our soaps from scratch using the cold process method. This process not only retains all the natural glycerin, it makes a very hard bar that should last for weeks in the shower and much longer as a hand or facial bar. Remember to keep your soaps well drained and dry between use, this will help prolong the life of the soap and your pleasure!

Why do you use essential oils? Answer: Pure essential oils enhance our quality of life, effecting mood and wellbeing. They are the aromatic essences that give flowers, woods, fruits, spices and herbs their marvelous scents and are nature’s alternative to the many synthetic chemicals that have invaded our lives. Go ahead, stop and smell the roses and watch the quality of your life greatly improve after a trying day.
